    I am a Holistic Health Coach who is passionate about educating people who are frustrated with their efforts to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My particular specialty is providing REAL help with those who are struggling with achieving and maintaining their ideal weight and blood sugar levels.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I originally started blogging about 2 years ago and began on the free wordpress site because I’d never considered myself to be any kind of writer. I quickly learned that I LOVED writing and so I created a brand and moved over to a self-hosted site. WordPress is a fantastic blogging platform with tons of versatility.
