Hello. I’m Dawn Irion, the owner and lead designer at Cat in Hat Design, where we provide website design, website hosting, graphic design, content creation, editing, SEO, social media management and marketing, analytics, SSL for online payments/donations, email databases and marketing, and technical support.

Prior to becoming a website developer, I was a scientific researcher with 10+ years experience in genetic studies, data analysis, product development and technical writing. I have an additional 8 years experience as a law firm office manager and paralegal. I am 46 years old, married with two teenage daughters. I enjoy running our East Tennessee hobby farm, analyzing and trading the FOREX market and writing/self-publishing about areas of interest. My first book, Historic Cocktails: Pre-Prohibition Recipes for Crafting an Excellent Drink, was published May 5, 2016 and is available at Amazon.com.
