    WordPress Origin Story

    WordPress started in 2003 as a collaboration between Matt Mullenweg and Mike Little. It began as a fork of an existing blogging software called b2/cafelog. They aimed to create a better, more user-friendly platform for publishing on the web. Over the years, WordPress evolved from a simple blogging tool into a full-fledged Content Management System (CMS).
