Choosing from the proposed qualities of a “cultural person”, almost half of Ukrainians (48%) noted “politeness and attentiveness” to the interlocutor. One third of respondents believe that this is a person who can express himself competently and never gossip. Also, according to Ukrainians, she follows the rules of etiquette (19%) and has a broad outlook (20%). 17% believe that the key quality of a cultured person is visiting exhibitions and museums, although no more than 1% of respondents said so when answering the previous question.
