A positive, motivated servant-leader (Scrum Master) who helps her teams accomplish both high-level project and low-level support work in a sustainable, effective and fun manner. I help contribute, along-side other Scrum Masters, to grow and sustain the Agile mindset in a software and systems department dedicated to high morale, high quality, and customer delight.
