I’m a solo creator, storyteller, and educator focused on helping beginners learn, build, and manage websites through Alokify—a platform dedicated to Website Builder and Managed WordPress solutions. My mission is to promote the DIY website concept and empower individuals to create their own online presence with confidence.

While my core skills lie in building websites (not designing them), I deeply value clarity, structure, and functionality. Outside of the digital world, I dedicate my time to the stray animals, feeding and caring for cats and dogs in my neighborhood, and finding peace in simple, purposeful living.

WordPress Origin Story

My WordPress journey began back in 2007, after spending thousands of dollars on commercial scripts for various web applications—only to realize I was locked into restrictive ecosystems with limited customization and endless upsells for basic flexibility.

I wanted a CMS that would let me build freely, grow without constraints, and create anything I imagined without starting from ground zero. That’s when I discovered WordPress. One of my first big experiments was even building a small-scale search engine, powered further with Relevanssi Pro.

Since then, there’s been no looking back. WordPress has evolved with me—from my coding days to today’s visual, block-based design world, where I focus more on storytelling, user experience, and helping other craft websites the simple and efficient way.
