    Bio

I’m Engel, a web designer and developer from Makati, Philippines. I work remotely for Trusted Digital, a Melbourne agency, building conversion-focused WordPress sites for local businesses in Figma and Elementor. I also build the automation and internal tooling behind them, on a self-hosted stack I maintain. WordPress came with the job and I just got into it from there. Outside of screens I play board games and video games, mostly strategy and mystery titles, read, lift when motivation cooperates, and started loving photography this year.

    WordPress Origin Story

I started using WordPress professionally at Trusted Digital, where I design and build sites from SEO briefs and wireframes end-to-end. Before that my background was in operations.

    Trusted Digital Australia · Full-time
WordPress developer at a digital marketing agency in Melbourne. I build client sites in Elementor - responsive layouts, global styles, technical SEO and analytics - mostly for Australian trades and service businesses, where the work gets judged on load speed and mobile usability. I also build the internal automation the team runs on, hosted on a Docker stack I maintain.
