WordPress Origin Story

Shortly after my wedding, my wife started installing and designing WordPress sites for clients and needed some help. Wanting to be better acquainted with WordPress, we both attended a few local WordCamps, and on the second day of my first WordCamp in Reno I was motivated to write a simple plugin to fill a need we kept running into.
