WordPress Origin Story

I hunted around for a CMS in which to implement a static site I was running, to enable colleagues to take responsibility for site content, not least to free me from constant content edits which were a PITA. After kissing many frogs (Drupal, Joomla, Typo3 and others) I tried WordPress and had found my princess. A shame that my colleagues couldn’t be bothered to edit their content, but then you can take a horse to water but you can’t shove its head into the pool 🙁
