I have over ten years of architecture and development work under my belt, focusing on PHP and MySQL, with additional experience on many other database management systems. I am an active member of the PHP and PEAR projects. My main activities there lately have been improving documentation and unit testing. My initial involvement there was getting the PEAR::DB package into working order by installing almost all of the DBMS' on my dev box and refining the code and tests to ensure they all passed.
